Tasting Notes
This lively and aromatic wine has a lot of intricacies to it. Aromas of hibiscus, peach, lemon and orange rind with a hint of nuttiness. The palate bursts with flavors of lemon zest, apricot and tea leaf.
Winemakers Notes
I wanted to make something interesting and unique. I’ve made orange wine in the Georgian method before and I wanted to dabble in it again. Orange wine has been my favorite food wine and I wanted to share my love of it with others. The acid and aromatics make it a great pairing for any fatty and rich foods.
